			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>I have been doing some testing on a particular ASUS platform which has a Samsung - Display - SyncMaster 720N/731N attached. After the install MS Update shows a driver update for it from version 2.0.0.0 to version 3.0.0.0. I have tried to search for this with no luck and I&#039;m not sure what info to send you on this one so this is what I have so far:</p><p>DISPLAY\SAM022B\5&amp;3A7105F4&amp;0&amp;00000100&amp;03&amp;00</p><p>Driver Version Installed: 2.0.0.0 (from this pack)</p><p>MS Update shows:<br />Samsung - Display - SyncMaster 720N/731N<br />Date last published: 8/19/2008<br />Download size: 1.4 MB&nbsp; <br />Samsung Display software update released in March, 2007</p><p>When I installed it it showed Driver Version Installed: 3.0.0.0</p><p>UPDATE:</p><p>I used a driver backup tool to obtain the following info along with the driver files:</p><p>[Version]<br />signature=&quot;$CHICAGO$&quot;<br />Class=Monitor<br />ClassGuid={4D36E96E-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}<br />Provider=%Samsung%<br />CatalogFile=SM720N.cat<br />DriverVer=03/28/2007,3.0</p>]]></content>
