I was using:

DriverPacks Base 8.05
DriverPacks Graphics A 8.04
DriverPacks Graphics B 8.04
DriverPacks Graphics C 8.04

The HWID in question is PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_042B&SUBSYS_01F91028&REV_A1\4&15F4A1BE&0&008: NVIDIA Quadro NVS 135M

The driver for nVidia Quadro NVS 135M is missing. This driver is used mostly by Dell on the D630 Laptops.
