			<description><![CDATA[<p>I knew about the inf2cat tool.&nbsp; It&#039;s used by the DriverHeaven Mobility Modder tool.</p><p>From what I understand, Catalog (.cat) file creation is not all that difficult with the right tools.&nbsp; Windows will still complain about drivers that are not signed with a <em>certificate</em> that it can recognize.<br />But WHQL-certificate driver signing is the holy grail of driver development and costs $$$.</p>]]></description>
