If you don't have access to the computer, ask the user to use the Sav_HWID.exe program found here http://driverpacks.mirror.thesneaky.com … _hwids.exe and paste the results in this thread. Also the XP service pack version.

What version of DP MassStorage drivers were you using?

Without any log files and/or some HWIDs, that will be a bitch to track down, I presume.
Moreso since there are probabaly more than just one SI Raid driver...

Please, if you are doing systems for customers or other persons that you won't have access to later on, at least secure all the necessary log files and grab the HWIDs before you give it back.
Otherwise, troubleshooting will be nigh impossible...

the SB400 official driver conflict whit a silicon image raid driver.
the pc whit the problem is not in my hand , i at the end, have installed xp whitout DP.
