I'm a kind of noob in technical field. Recently I've installed windows xp media centre edition (crecked version) and after installing that I've found some strange files in my C drive. They are:

ATICCC - internet communication settings
devcon.exe
DPsFnsh.exe
DPsFnsh - conf file
DriverPack_CPU_wnt5_x86-32 - conf file
DriverPack_MassStorage_wnt5_x86-32 - conf file
DSPdsblr.exe
hwind.dat
makePNF.exe
mute
pmtimer.exe

and a folder named D which got lots of sub folder.

now can I delete those files / folders or they are necessary to keep.
