			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>13.2.0.30 is an interim OEM release ONLY intended for distro from manufacturers web sites like dell, hp, lenovo, etc, etc.</p><p>AFAIK, the only thing 13.2.0.30 does is provide a MORE restrictive list of HWIDs for those makers that white/black list MAC addresses in their WWAN/WiFI adapters.</p>]]></content>
