No, no need for them.
Only if you use a 64bit OS.

The CPU is backwards-compatible and will run in x86_32 mode when such an OS is being run on it.

with a windows xp 32bits do I need them if I install on x64 hardware like core2duo?

If you plan to only run the DriverPacks on x86 hardware, you could scan for any \amd64\ or x64 files and delete those. A few may have crept in.

I removed chm and hlp files from Graphic A and B. My driver pack folder has switched from 314mo to 288Mo and no errors detected. If there are others files we can delete just tell me.

Welcome to DriverPacks!

1). You'd have to decompress each DriverPack separately to a folder, run a batch file to remove the .chm and/or .hlp files (leaving behind your own language of course), then recompress the DriverPacks and integrate normally.
2). That line is not needed since the DriverPacks Finisher deletes that directory when it's done (either immediately, or after the next restart). It's redundant.

1 I'd like to strip chm and hlp file from packs so id like to know if its possible (decompression takes half the installation time).
2 In my UA cleanup I've added the line RD /S /Q %systemdrive%\D in order to remove driverpacks folder during runonce but Ive got an error (probably from DPsFnshr.exe which is kept).the folder is indeed removed however. Is there a cleaner mean to do this?
