I would much prever an English driver news page for the sake of internationality of this project; unfortunately I do not any such a page 
I agree that a script would be a good solution.
Maybe it could work somewhat like the wiki.
Only with fixed values so that the devices cannot be altered, however users can change the driver versions and links to the files.

i think we should do a list im php or sth, or a subtopic called "updated" and "required" for every category

Since this is weekly updated, I will (unless I forget to) post in here each week.
The problem is, this is like regular news on their page so there isn't an index just for the driver update news unfortunately...
