Is the new one shown in Windows Update by chance?

Also, has the new one received WHQL certification (not that it means much...)?

Sometimes, support for old cards ended, however, the last beta driver at that points manages to surface somehow.
In such cases (not saying this one is) it may be better to stick with the last final version unless some important features got added.

It has a native support from xp; but the integrated driver is older.

I am surprized that one is not natively supported by windows. Were you installing 2k or XP?
do you remove native windows drivers with nLite? (guessing)

Hey folks!

just wanna tell you i found a new old graphic driver which cant be found in any of the driverpacks.

found it in an approx. 6yr old toshiba satellite pro 4600

The driver is from "trident" and can be found here:
