Okay so, about 2 weeks ago my mom got on my computer for a few hours. Everything was fine until she let me back on, I noticed my DirectX was being a bit weird as I couldn't open a CO/QO client, so I restarted my computer and I could open one again. (Btw, before this happened I could run up to 3 of the game clients.) I asked what she did, all she told me was that she was playing a browser game of some sort.

This is really pissing me off, I've tried almost everything I could google and nothing works. Here's what usually happens, same old procedure till we get to the game.

I turn on the computer, run Double Desktop, and when everything is finished loading, I open two QO clients. I then log into my accounts. After about 5 minutes, one of the clients screens will become f**ked up, horribly. People disappear, the ground changes to clouds, glows begin to flicker, etc. During this occurence, my start menu icon will sometimes fade away whenever I click on it. So I close the client, but everything is fine on the other client. This happens with both QO and HybridCO, so it isn't a client issue. (Maybe my mom changed a setting I dont know about? )

I then attempt to start up another client, and from this point on I receive this message; (I'm doing this on the HybridCO client as it gives me the error message. For the QO client, it just tells me Conquer.exe has a problem and closes itself.)

This process is repeated if I restart my computer. I've ran dxdiag to try to see if anything is wrong. Everything is enabled, no files are missing, and the DirectDraw etc. tests are perfectly fine. I've already re-installed DirectX, my graphics card, changed my color settings from 32-bit to 16-bit, but nothing has worked.

This is really becoming a bother as I can't trade over items, or plvl or whatever. In fact, I just now opened a single client, and it started to screw up and I had to close it. So does anybody have any suggestions as to what the heck is going on, and how to solve it? I'm not that intelligent computer-wise, so here are some pictures which may or may not help.
