The last thing that I haven't still solved in Device Manager list is 'Biometric Coprocessor'  drivers, I think it means Fingerprint reader. Is this featured in one of your driver packs?

we make these packs ready for slipstream.
However, these days, you can use a tool like DPinst.exe or Warmsnow's little program whic uses DPinst.exe and use the DriverPacks "post install" (driver install after setup).

Warmsnow's tool is in software forum.

NV4_go.inf has generic PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_0398, so it should pick it up.

Did you use a slipstreamed DVD?
(have also looked at that sound driver and will include it in a testpack.)

I successfully downgraded from Vista to XP on my P105-S6227 Laptop, using this topic  ''XP Sound driver needed on Toshiba P105 laptop..'', which is closed now --> andante_spianato's post at 2007-03-10 15:46:51 But I noticed one of the cooling vents are not working now it seems, particularly the one on the left side. Also, when I forced vga drivers to install trough device manager, I couldn't find my card (Geforce Go 7600) in the list so I choose GeForce 8600M GT, and it worked just fine (games, correct resolution). Can anyone please tell me whether I did something wrong with drivers that possibly could have  messed up cooling systems ? Any help is appreciated !
