I used the 8.01RC2 base for integration and tested in VMWare server where the above error occurred and VirtualPC 2007 where it installed correctly.

The same image file used in both cases and both VMs were allocated 384MB RAM, however VMWare server had a HDD of 320GB while VirtualPC 2007 only had a HDD of 16GB.
