			<description><![CDATA[<p>I&#039;m not 100% sure but logic dictates they must be built in the hardware, else it would completely defeat their purpose.</p><p>How could you definately detect a specific hardware component if the code would vary from system to system.<br />The driver detection and installation is based on this (else, all drivers had be installed, whether the approriate device is present or not).</p>]]></description>
