last day, I instal an Acer Aspire 5715z

I use all last driverspacks that I download last day and 5 others 3 3rd Party DriverPacks and it work with intel ahci activated in bios....

but I don't know if it fixed or we have probleme with some hwids...

hope that someone can confirm it !!

These are not official yet, but the good news is that the AHCI issue is apparently fixed.

he is not asking you to integrate it with nlite

he asked you to use the f6 floppy method. no nlite no driverpacks

that's what happen with HP 6820S

first timee I instal with drivers pack but i have error when XP load in first boot?i disable sata native mode in bios and that's work i don't have error.....
after this I try to instal with sata native mode disabled in bios without any driver pack,but same probleme when i activate it again....
I download sata driver from Hp site http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/Te â€¦ ob-51521-1 ,i extract it and add it with nlite and i select text mode..and that's work perctly with sata activated ^^
I diwnload sata driver here http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/Te … nvOID=1093 and I integrate it with nlite and that's work...

the OEM driver on a floppy (F6) without driverpacks boots to windows?

Back to first post. Please clarify: when do you get a BSOD?

I understand windows installation:
1. textmode setup
2. first reboot, gui mode setup
3. second reboot, boot to windows

If cmdlines.txt is processed, installation survived first reboot.
Then iastor.sys was valid after first boot. PNP at gui mode setup made a invalid iastor.

Driver Iastor.sys is signed. iaahci.inf is edited and iaahci.cat invalid therefore.
Does this matter?

Can you try default XP sources and add iastor 7.8 at F6 USB floppy?
