it is a Third Party DriverPack so you can actually add it, test it, and when it works you could then upload it for us to review.

HDA agere http://www.zshare.net/download/12427012f0b69200/ (I think it's already in pack but the last version from the pack don't detect modem in acer aspire 5315,maybe it's ust an update with more HWIDS)

Hi Erik,
Long time ago I promised I would put the modem pack though the filtering process, because modem drivers can mess up sound driver install.
I have not forgotten that promise.

This modem DP is broken for my Gateway laptop now. A Motorola driver with generic HWIDs got added back in to \D\3\M\M\2\
Line 127:

I will asap test the pack, i'll download it now. From Saturday till Wednesday i'll be in Germany, i'll test it when i'm back. Because i'll take the Notebook with me.
