try running a tracert
i think you will find the fault is not with the server...
we (the driverpacks admin's) have not altered anything.

you run Vista?
do not run media player (or play Mp3/video..) while downloading.
SP1 will fix this.

I just tested by downloading Graphic A and got 820-834k all the way through.
IE7 averaged 840 on Graphics B

Try Firefox 2.012.

This is no sh*t. I get cutoff when trying, this server caps speed... Download starts at 485KB/s but ends up at 85KB/s and then stops the download. I've tried several times again, during the night, morning and day.
No download managers at work here, simple IE7.

Please turn off the bandwidth control of the webserver...someone has been playing around with the settings.

Hope u can fix this.
