SP1 will fix this.

I get cutoff when trying, this server caps speed... Download starts at 485KB/s but ends up at 85KB/s and then stops the download. I've tried several times again, during the night, morning and day. No download managers at work here, simple IE7.
Please turn off the bandwidth control of the webserver...someone has been playing around with the settings.
