			<description><![CDATA[<p>This is due to the KB913425 hotfix that is slipstreamed into several OS versions IF DriverPack Sound (A or B) is being slipstreamed. Amongst those OSes is Windows 2000 SP4.</p><p>But the portcls.sys file SHOULD be present though.</p><p>I will try to locate the cause for this bug.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Hi,</p><p>Windows 2000 Professional SP4 Setup stops in the &quot;blue&quot; phase asking for &quot;portcls.sys&quot;. As I found out, integrating &quot;DriverPack Sound A 6.06.1&quot; changes dosnet.inf instructing Windows Setup to copy portcls.sys, but the file itself is missing. But it is contained in DRIVER.CAB and SP4.CAB.<br />So, the slipstreaming process seems to modify the dosnet.inf incorrectly. Why is dosnet.inf modified because of a Sound-specific driverpack? I thought this would only happen if &quot;DriverPack MassStorage text mode&quot; is selected?</p><p>Regards,</p><p>Stefan Blomen</p>]]></description>
