Open the QSC directory and delete the directory in which 'Chipset' is mentioned. Now retry.

But now the Intel .inf files haven't been copied to $OEM$\$$\INF. That's fine, as long as you don't use a motherboard based on a Intel chipset.

'\D\D\'.  The root 'D' folder contained no other subfolders.  Note: Used method 1 and my XP Home OEM source had been processed by nLite v1.0.1 with the current RyanVM update pack.
