it has one of the two.
The second one will have us make a lot of choices, because it contains several HWIDs I also find in drivers by other manufactors. (and I don't have the time tonight.)

I noticed that the latest Adaptec Driver is dated 2004. Obviously, there have been many updates in 3 years. I specifically need:
1420sa: http://www.adaptec.com/en-US/downloads/ … AID+1420SA
and
2420sa: http://www.adaptec.com/en-US/downloads/ … AID+2420SA
drivers but there are many more, especially in SATA RAID, that, I'm sure, other people could use.
