This request is for inclusion in the DriverPack Chipset.

This is a component found on systems with Intel's Q35 Express chipset (ex: Dell OptiPlex 755). The download page from Dell can be found here.

I isolated the .INF and .CAT files and tested them in a custom DP and they work fine. If needed I also recompressed the entire install routine here.
