I did some cleanups for the next release.

Changed
- 3\1 Removed el90xbc3.sys, el90xbc4.sys, el90xnd3.sys, el90xnd4.sys,el90x.dos & netdi90x.dll because they are for 98,
  both INFs were edited (JakeLD)
- 3\4 Removed el99x_9x.inf, el99x_9x.cat, el99xnd3.sys, el99xnd4.sys, tcaen99x.dll, el99xn5i & el99xn5a
  because they are for 98 & 64 bits, INF was edited (JakeLD)
- X\1 Removed ndiw9x.dll, cbe.sys & cben4.sys because they are for 98, INF was edited (JakeLD)

D\L\3\1 has some w9x*.* files, theas might be for othere platforms as well, but should probably be schruteniced
D\L\3\4 also holds some *9x*.* files witch seams to be specificaly for win9x
D\L\X\1 has ndiw9x.dll

are theas needed for xp as well?
