They both got ranked 2001 [Matched one of the device's compatible IDs with the hardware ID in an INF Models section.]

I have uploaded the older INTEL test one (URL about 4 posts up) if you want to have a look.

update, it appears to not have been packed right and ended up all in
C:\DP_Graphics_B_wnt5_x86-32_707intel_jaak2\D
instead of
C:\D

I hadn't nopticed until now as my 'to sysprep' is all scripted, so guess entire pack B was missing, d0h

the Intel folder has a LOT of duplicate HWIDs in there..
(folder 3 and 4 were supposed to be already gone, and folder 7 is probably not going to be kept either.)

found a NEW update.. and worked my way down.
have used developer -zipped- downloads, and let NEWEST do all they support.
(because there is no warning on the zips for dev DL..  the warning is on the exe selfinstallers).

test version is uploading.

There are no graphics cards present other than onboard Intel one's built into chipset - this issue will effect everyone using Intel mobo's with onboard graphics.

I posted on another thread about issues with the Latitude D620 graphic's device not working either (...relevant HWID in list is VEN_8086&DEV_27A2)
That is on the driver list too so guess has same issue.

Why does it work when you tell the pc to search for a driver, then it finds and installs it fine, surely it is the same hardware install process?

and [i-8] is still there.

we could perhaps eliminate overlap, removing it from the NEWER..

Well, at intel there was a note for driver ( which is in [i-1] )
The latest IGP driver should not be installed if there is a third party video card present in the computer.

And this is beyond our control.
However, we can have it so that the older is used for all it can support, the newer for those with NO overlap, and we can mark the [i-1] as a problem driver, and have a backup of it in a sfxMiniPack, so the user can easily remove it.

I'll look at the intel driver, and compare with what I had in that intel test.. I bet it is there, just want to make sure it is.
