Indeed, any INI is only needed when there are exceptions to be applied.
For instance, none of the 3PDPs have INIs, yet they all work accordingly (at least I sure hope so ;p).

yes, its ommision was no accident.
A driver added in 704 supports the E-help button, see.

INI file from DP chipset 704 contains only one entry :

This exception removes some silly, useless HP/Compaq "eHelp" button (that actually is integrated into the chipset!) from the system.

It must have been removed from DP chipset 705 ... and thus ini file is useless.

DriverPack_Chipset_wnt5_x86-32.ini isn't inside the DP_Chipset_wnt5_x86-32_705.7z archive

Would it work without the *.ini?

If not, please repack and upload the fixed archive.
