Since 6.07 b1, REG.exe is no longer being used, so this problem is solved automatically

Windows 2000 does not include the file REG.exe (used to add the RunOnceEx setting). I propose that the BASE (if Win2k is detected), automatically copies it to $OEM$/$$/system32. REG.exe can be copied safley from a WinXP computer (no extra DLLs needed)
