			<description><![CDATA[<p>Bash,</p><p>Windows 2000 does not include the file REG.exe (used to add the RunOnceEx setting).&nbsp; I propose that the BASE (if Win2k is detected), automatically copies it to $OEM$/$$/system32.&nbsp; REG.exe can be copied safley from a WinXP computer (no extra DLLs needed)</p><p>-Brian</p>]]></description>
