Yes, I used RyanVM to add updates and addons, used nLite to do some tweaking, and used DPbase for adding the driver packs.  I used VM first then nLite then DP. Here is the DP log:

could you please include your logs? DPs_BASE.log in the program file, and or the finisher log (from the installation drive)?

]]> Fri, 06 Apr 2007 21:58:04 +0000 http://forum.driverpacks.net/viewtopic.php?pid=9749#p9749 <![CDATA[portcls.sys causing BSOD]]> http://forum.driverpacks.net/viewtopic.php?pid=9742#p9742 I have integrated the latest driver packs with the latest driver base, and I keep getting a BSOD on setup stating that portcls.sys has crashed.  I seen a few other posts on here but not a clear answer as to solve this issue with the driver. 

I can reboot and then continue setting up XP completely.  But the Realtek AC97 drivers are not loaded.  When I try to load the drivers from within XP it crashes everytime once the drivers start installing.

What is the thing to do?
