halfway throug the clicking through options and settings, you changed location of source.
maybe that this caused this

...just a guess...

but this is something I noticed here, after a first detection.

Should be a permissions issue. txtsetup.sif is probably read-only, but the BASE actually resets all file permissions before starting a slipstream. But obviously that has failed, could you retry with an account that has administrator privileges?
