Hi there......

I'm trying to make a custom win xp pro sp2 with the drivers to recognize SATA hdds without hit f6. I know that DriverPack Base do it, but I want to customize my cd with nLite too.
I did this:

1- copy the windows cd to a folder (make a backup of originals txtsetup.sif and winnt.sif)
2- slipstream with dp base and the DriverPacks I want (backup created txtsetup.sif and winnt.sif)
3- customize with nLite (remove components, add themes, serial, changed a lot of stuff (backup created txtsetup.sif and winnt.sif)
4- make a bootable iso with nLite

Then I compared the txtsetup.sif and winnt.sif and saw that nLite mess up with the files created by DP.
Now I think the iso is not going to work. Didnt test it because I dont know how to make VMware emulate a SATA hdd.

Thought somebody could help me here.
