This'd be one of the most blatant bugs possible.

I'm quite sure you've open your txtsetup.sif file in an editor and then saved it as UTF-8...

Please retry with fresh Windows installation files!

But DP v7012 which was released tody, has one minor bug

bug:
the resultant TXTSetup.sif will be in UTF-8 encoded, which is NOT recognized by the windows Setup programe.

I wish i might be the laast one that encouter this bug
