It did require .NET 1.1 until I think 6.3
Now, you can just use .NET 2.0 without having to install 1.1 prior to it.

since i use the GuiRunOnce, then the string that installs .NetFramework should be first then the Bâshrat the Sneaky?

Nope. The installation will fail then, it will give you an error message that says "CLI.exe is missing".
