			<summary type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Hello&nbsp; all,</p><p>new here - and don&#039;t know where and for what exactly to ask ;-)<br />It&#039;s OK, if you move this posting to the correct forum or if you tell me for which topic to search</p><p>I have an ASUS EeeBox B202.<br />With the current Easy&amp;Boot and the newest DriverPacks I installed WinXP_SP2 flawless in IDE mode. But I want SATA.<br />Should not be a problem:<br />PCI IDs&nbsp; ICH7M-Family <br />27c3 &nbsp; &nbsp; 82801GR/GDH (ICH7R/ICH7DH) SATA Controller [RAID mode]&nbsp; &nbsp; </p><p>27c4 &nbsp; &nbsp; 82801GBM/GHM (ICH7-M Family) SATA Controller [IDE mode]&nbsp; &nbsp; <br />27c5 &nbsp; &nbsp; 82801GBM/GHM (ICH7-M Family) SATA Controller [AHCI mode]<br />&nbsp; &nbsp; <br />27c6 &nbsp; &nbsp; 82801GHM (ICH7-M DH) SATA Controller [RAID mode]</p><p>But this Board has no BIOS switch for IDE / SATA mode. On istallation the reported PCI ID 8086:27C4 leads allways to the installation of IDE drivers for the SATA Controller. Windows works, but I need SATA AHCI.</p><p>With many changes in Drivepack.ini I tried to replace / override the reported PCI ID 8086:27C4 with 8086:27C5, but no luck. I guess I understand to little of the PDMS system</p><p>I understand: On boards with fixed SATA mode or after switching to SATA mode would DPMS add the needed F6 drivers for the WinXP installation.</p><p>As a quick solution for me, I would like to modify dpms2.g4b somehow like <br />... if the now received/processed PCI ID is &quot;8086:27C4&quot; ( IDE-mode ) then replace it / process it as &quot;8086:27C5&quot; ( SATA mode ) ...</p><p>Has someone this code-snippet for me and can tell me where to place it in dpms2.g4b?</p><br /><p>There are many EeeBoxes out there. <br />And many other PCs with 82801GBM/GHM (ICH7-M Family), ICH7-M (945GM/PM) und ICH8-M (PM965, <br />Santa Rosa)&nbsp; SATA Controllers and no BIOS switches. </p><p>If you think it is it worth: Why not invent &quot;Vitual PCI IDs&quot; for DMPS?</p><p>It could be an include file &quot;Virtual PCI IDs&quot;. Normally all lines comented. nothing happens.<br />If needed, the user uncomments the specific line. 			<summary type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Hi, I just joined and my work is trouble shooting or install XP_SP3 on computers. </p><p>My main difficulty is being unable to use &quot;Repair&quot; option, i.e. re-install OS with updates &amp; driver packs integrated which would not only repair a corrupted OS, but also add necessary updates/hotfixes. Every time I am forced to do a fresh installation.</p><p>So is it really possible to Repair the installed OS &amp; if so what steps do I have to take to create such disks??</p>]]></summary>

			<title type="html"><![CDATA[[RFE] Support Downloading of .torrent files]]></title>

			<summary type="html"><![CDATA[<p>The last version of BP BASE (10.06) was before the new servers, datacenter, and the move from HTTP downloads to torrent-based downloads.<br />If it&#039;s not too much trouble, would it be fairly easy to update DP BASE to download the .torrent files?&nbsp; My BitTorrent program (BitTorrent/uTorrent, etc.) would handle the actual processing of the torrent file, but since the update feature no longer works, it might be nice to do this.</p><p>I am familiar with the tar.gz file on the driverpacks.net site which downloads all torrents, which is a great start, but if less than 50% of my driverpacks are outdated, I would have to pick and choose which torrents to update.</p><p>Anyways, I would like to thank everyone on the team for their dedication, hard work, and expertise.</p><p>Regards,<br />Riley</p>]]></summary>

			<summary type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Good afternoon everyone, I tell them about my problem with the base driverpack used in conjunction with nlite 1.4.9.1.<br /> First change a windows xp sp3 using this program (indicators that provide the option to repair windows) without adding the drivers and the process goes as it should go (offering repair, the contract for windows and can format the windows partition without be removed before). But when I include the drivers in the following modified version of my windows (using any of the methods offered) lose the ability to recovery the system and format the partition to install (which leaves me to delete the partition and create partition .)<br /> From already thank you all for your help. And thanks for creating such an excellent program that has given me an amazing help.</p>]]></summary>

			<summary type="html"><![CDATA[<p>I really want to make a Win7 Unattended version (probably a bunch of you guys already have it). The thing is that I have lots of driver problems when I install Win7 in older laptops (even if they&#039;re just 2 years old, I mean Pre-Win7), so I have to try many, and I mean MANY drivers to get the devices to work properly. So there I go, looking trough the internet for other users experiences in the subject (to make my work easier)... but it isn&#039;t easier, because I have found LOTS of post of people looking drivers for WinXP -they obviously hated Vista-, so there isn&#039;t much info about what I want.</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp;I have the WinXP Titan Ultimate edition (spanish) and it&#039;s great, it uses DriverPacks database and installs the correct drivers 95% of the times (in my case, it has been EVERY TIME); I even use it in old PC&#039;s where I frequently have issues locating the drivers, and it works like a charm (even in laptops), so I want to make something like that... is it possible?</p><p>PLZ HELP ME, IF YOU HAVE A VERSION LIKE THIS UP AND RUNNING, COULD YOU GIVE THE DOWNLOAD LINKS? I DO NOT CARE IF YOU DON&#039;T INCLUDE ACTIVACTORS (THAT WOULD BE ILLEGAL, RIGHT?) AND EVEN IF YOU HAVE AN ENGLISH VERSION GIVE ME SOME LINKS... I THINK I CAN FIGURE OUT HOW TO MAKE AN SPANISH VERSION).</p><p>I DO NOT KNOW IF &quot;DEXTER&quot; (HE CREATED WINDOWS XP TITAN ULTIMATE) USED EVERY SINGLE DRIVER YOU PROVIDE... 			<summary type="html"><![CDATA[<p>I have made my driverpack enabled CD work with remote installation (RIS), and would like the &#039;hack&#039; incorporated in the standard script so that it will work for everyone.</p><p>Remote installation for XP copies the entire content of the install CD to \$win_nt$.~ls\ on the install hard drive.
