Hi.
I've made my own w7sp1 unattenden installation with office, programs and Your drivers packs and I've been testing it for the past week on various pc configurations, all pc were working ok except the one with "Asrock ALIVENF6G-VSTA" mainboard. After installing drivers and restarting windows was bronken, restarting before getting to desktop, the it would go to system repair or something like that and fixing things then trying to start windows and failing and then back to system repair in endless loop.
I tried both x86 and x64 windows, and installing drivers during windows installation, and installing vanilla windows and drivers after windows installed. Every time after installing drivers packs windows would not start itself. I also changed cpu, memory, hdd, vga, psu and monitor and the problem remained.

So my question is : Is there a problem with the mainboard (vanilla win works ok) of with the drivers pack (compatibility issue)?

UPDATE:
Just been playing with "ASrock ALIVE NF7G-HDREADY". Same thing happened as with NF6G. Then I installed vanilla windows 7sp1x64 and added only chipset drivers via SAD2. I thought this driver was crashing windows but after restert windows started normaly. Then I added only AMD filter driver and restarted the pc. It couldn't boot into windows anymore.
So, can this driver be fixed or should I delete it from my unattended setups? What's it's use anyway?

Hi,

I have one 32bit Windows 7 image that I am deploying to all HP machines thanks to this wonderful driver pack. Up until yesterday, this has worked for every HP device I have thrown at it. The only thing the driver packs doesn't do for us is install an Erricson mobile driver [no biggie].

We received a new shipment of HP Probook 6570B laptops yesterday and I test deploed my Windows 7 image. It did everything as usual, found the network card and joined the domain etc. It wasn't until later that I discoved that the two USB ports on the front right of the laptop weren't working, all other USB ports worked fine.
In the device managed there were three devices not found. The fingerprint reader, the HP disk movement protection and the broadband driver mentioned above.

I went to the HP site and decided to download the correct drivers. However, after downloading and installing all correct drivers the front right usb ports still weren't working. I plugged a mouse into the port and the mouse LED remains lit until the windows drivers are loaded, then it goes out. I booted the machine using Ubuntu and it found the mouse and USB ports without issue [got to love Linux!]

OK, so I have the wrong driver being loaded and it is breaking it.

Just out of interest I reimaged the machine and I noticed that the mouse port remained lit and active up until the point where the driverpacks loaded the drivers, so windows seems to have what it needs by default.

I am just not sure what to delete to make it work again. Any suggestions, where to start?

Regards

I think it needs a BIOS update but Toshiba have never release one. Running Win7 ultimate 64 bit.

I would think it was a hardware fault if it wasn't for the fact half the Internet seems to be Toshiba customers struggling to get wireless to switch using the Fn+F8 command.

Any advice greatly appreciated.

===========
PCI Devices
===========
PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_4396&SUBSYS_FF001179&REV_00\3&2411E6FE&1&9A: Standard Enhanced PCI to USB Host Controller
PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_9612&SUBSYS_FFB01179&REV_00\4&3238D473&0&2808: ATI Radeon HD 3200 Graphics
PCI\VEN_1022&DEV_9607&SUBSYS_FF001179&REV_00\3&2411E6FE&1&38: PCI standard PCI-to-PCI bridge
PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_4397&SUBSYS_FF001179&REV_00\3&2411E6FE&1&90: Standard OpenHCD USB Host Controller
PCI\VEN_1022&DEV_1300&SUBSYS_00000000&REV_40\3&2411E6FE&1&C0: PCI standard host CPU bridge
PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_8136&SUBSYS_FF001179&REV_02\4&1E5D2B19&0&0038: Realtek RTL8102E/RTL8103E Family PCI-E Fast Ethernet NIC (NDIS 6.20)
PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_4397&SUBSYS_FF001179&REV_00\3&2411E6FE&1&98: Standard OpenHCD USB Host Controller
PCI\VEN_1022&DEV_1301&SUBSYS_00000000&REV_00\3&2411E6FE&1&C1: PCI standard host CPU bridge
PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_4383&SUBSYS_FF001179&REV_00\3&2411E6FE&1&A2: High Definition Audio Controller
PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_4398&SUBSYS_FF001179&REV_00\3&2411E6FE&1&91: Standard OpenHCD USB Host Controller
PCI\VEN_1022&DEV_1302&SUBSYS_00000000&REV_00\3&2411E6FE&1&C2: PCI standard host CPU bridge
PCI\VEN_1179&DEV_9602&SUBSYS_FF001179&REV_00\3&2411E6FE&1&08: PCI standard PCI-to-PCI bridge
PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_4384&SUBSYS_00000000&REV_00\3&2411E6FE&1&A4: ATI I/O Communications Processor PCI Bus Controller
PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_4398&SUBSYS_FF001179&REV_00\3&2411E6FE&1&99: Standard OpenHCD USB Host Controller
PCI\VEN_1022&DEV_1303&SUBSYS_00000000&REV_00\3&2411E6FE&1&C3: PCI standard host CPU bridge
PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_4385&SUBSYS_FF001179&REV_3A\3&2411E6FE&1&A0: ATI I/O Communications Processor SMBus Controller
PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_439C&SUBSYS_FF001179&REV_00\3&2411E6FE&1&A1: Standard Dual Channel PCI IDE Controller
PCI\VEN_1022&DEV_1304&SUBSYS_00000000&REV_00\3&2411E6FE&1&C4: PCI standard host CPU bridge
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_4232&SUBSYS_13218086&REV_00\4&27EE3317&0&0030: Intel(R) WiFi Link 5100 AGN
PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_4391&SUBSYS_FF001179&REV_00\3&2411E6FE&1&88: Standard AHCI 1.0 Serial ATA Controller
PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_439D&SUBSYS_FF001179&REV_00\3&2411E6FE&1&A3: LPC Interface Controller
PCI\VEN_1022&DEV_9600&SUBSYS_FF001179&REV_00\3&2411E6FE&1&00: PCI standard host CPU bridge
PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_4396&SUBSYS_FF001179&REV_00\3&2411E6FE&1&92: Standard Enhanced PCI to USB Host Controller
PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_960F&SUBSYS_FFB01179&REV_00\4&3238D473&0&2908: High Definition Audio Controller
PCI\VEN_1022&DEV_9606&SUBSYS_FF001179&REV_00\3&2411E6FE&1&30: PCI standard PCI-to-PCI bridge
25 matching device(s) found.

===========
USB Devices
===========
USB\ROOT_HUB\4&144B4E5B&0
